We have until midnight on Monday to raise £50,000 for the Scottish National Party to take the bold and risky strategy of challenging the BBC at the Court of Session over its refusal to include the SNP in the final Leaders' Debate.
If we can raise the money by midnight on Monday, the SNP will be at court on Tuesday morning trying to overturn the decision of the public service broadcaster to publicise 3 of the main parties and completely exclude the party which currently governs Scotland.
Stand up for Scotland, let our voices be heard, donate what you can afford here.
Thank you!

ReplyDeleteIt seems you are keen to have your cake and eat it here. A devolved Scotland already has privileges not afforded to the regions of England. The SNP has achieved more power than it could have imagined possible under the last Tory government.
However, the Scottish parliament and the UK parliament are two separate entities.
If you include the SNP in the leadership debate, then why not include other region specific parties such as The Democratic Unionists (currently with more Westminster seats than the SNP) or Plaid Cymru?
The Lib Dems currently have more seats than the SNP in Scotland (11), so I find it strange that you still refuse to recognize that Labour, the Tories and Lib Dems are the 3 main parties on a UK level.
